chosen subcategory adding as a parent category on form wordpress issue

chosen subcategory adding as a parent category on form wordpress issue

hii to all and word press pros please help me i am having a form and i am
calling subcategories using ajax when i choose a parent one, but what is
happening after filling the form i mean when i click on parent category
the child category come and i choose anyone and when submit the form it
will add that subcategory next time as a parent category in the same form
no idea why its happening please share your idea
